Morning Offering

O My God, I offer You all my prayers, works, and sufferings, in union with the Sacred Heart of Jesus, for the intentions for which He pleads and offers Himself in the Holy Sacrifice of The Mass, in thanksgiving for Your grace, in sorrow for my sins, and in humble supplication for my temporal and eternal welfare, for the conversion of sinners, and for the relief of the poor souls in purgatory. I wish to gain all the indulgences attached to the prayers I shall say and to the good works I shall perform this day.
O My Jesus, forgive me for all my sins that I made today. I was angry, I was irrational, I was filled with rage enough to hurt those around me. Please allow me to forgive myself for making their burden heavier and help me to forgive them, too. Through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer You my prayers, works, joys and sufferings this day for all the intentions of Your Sacred Heart, in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, in reparation for my sins, for the intentions of all our associates, and in particular for all the intentions which I offer now in silence, not to be typed.

Father, hold me in your hand as you hold a tiny child. Allow me to take you into my life without pausing, without sinning, wholly and fully. Grant that I might not hold it against others that they frustrate me or annoy me, and help me not to judge others too quickly. In the name of Christ who saves.
